We mail seed packs twice each week. We mail greeting cards within two weeks of your order date. Arrival depends on Canada Post’s estimated delivery times and your location.

We'll need the email address you used when you placed your order.
You should receive a confirmation email but, as a charity, we can't issue tax receipts for store purchases. If you made a dollar donation, you should also receive a confirmation email. We’ll send you a tax receipt by mail. You should have it within six weeks.
As a charity, we are unable to incur changes in revenue from this type of program, so all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds or credits.
Greeting cards and seed sales are part of our annual fundraising effort. Through our years of experience, we've chosen price points that are accessible to many people and that will maximize the vital funds we need for our work.

In our store you can buy wildflower seed packets selected for planting in Western Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan) and Eastern Canada (New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Quebec).
Flowers provide nectar and pollen to feed beneficial bugs such as bees and butterflies. They also supply places for butterflies to lay their eggs and for caterpillars to forage. Clumps of colourful wildflowers blooming in your garden from spring to fall help feed and shelter local and migrating species.
The soil and climate of a region help determine what plants and animals live there. Native plants have evolved over millennia. They provide vital food and shelter for native insects and wildlife, and are perfectly suited to local growing conditions.

Butterflies and bees need food (nectar and pollen) from wildflowers. They also need habitat for nesting and to lay eggs. Wild bees, such as bumblebees and mason bees, make their homes in cavities, such as hollow branches and stems, and in the ground. To boost your backyard wild bees, leave patches of bare ground and piles of twigs and brush. Butterflies and moths host and feed on a variety of common wildflowers. Leaving space for natural wildflower meadows is best.
A Butterflyway is a loosely connected corridor of wildflower patches through a neighbourhood. From a butterfly’s perspective, it’s a highway of habitat! They’re produced by local vendors using FSC-approved, 100 per cent post-consumer recycled paper. And we only buy from suppliers that use environmentally sensitive methods and materials.
